After years of renting separate places, a couple looks to buy a house together again in San Diego. One wants to keep costs low and doesn't mind projects, but the other is still haunted by their previous home purchase and prefers to spend more for turnkey.

A newlywed couple searches for a larger home to start a family in Tampa Bay, Florida. He's a contractor determined to find a place that's turnkey, but she's their agent, and with inventory extremely low, she thinks he may need to put on his tool belt.
