A single mother looks to relocate from Las Vegas and buy a home large enough for her father and two teenage sons in Houston, Texas. Her younger son wants a basketball court and her dad wants a pool, so meeting everyone's priorities will be a challenge.

An Air Force pilot and his wife who have relocated on a yearly basis look to plant roots in Iowa City. She's searching for a large home with plenty of space for family, but his practical nature has him wanting something under budget and maintenance free.

A couple leaves Los Angeles for more space in the mountains of central California. They want a home with acreage where they can start a high-end "glamping" business, but places in their price range may need more work than they're willing to put in.

7. Dance Off in Phoenix


Professional dancers from Miami look to relocate in order to buy a home big enough to grow their family through fostering in Phoenix. One wants an updated townhouse, but his partner has his heart set on a single-family home with a yard.

8. Historic Hunt in Baltimore


A New England native wants to start a foster family and looks to settle down in Baltimore. He's looking for a downtown rowhouse with historic charm, but finding one that doesn't need a complete renovation is proving to be a challenge.

9. Character or Space for the Kids in New Jersey


A single mom wants out of her rental so she can have space for herself and her three children in Toms River, New Jersey. She's enlisted the help of her boyfriend who's pushing for a turnkey home, but she's set on finding a place with historic character.

10. A Denver Dream Investment


A woman with a construction background looks to tackle a fixer that has both charm and rental potential in Denver. She's not afraid to take on projects, but because she has high-end taste, she's having a hard time sticking to places in her price range.

11. Sunnier in St. Petersburg


A couple leaves their high-profile corporate jobs in New Jersey for a more affordable and sunnier St. Petersburg, Florida. He's all about a low price, but she's ready to spend their max on a turnkey home, and she has a few tricks to get him to spend more.

12. The Right View in Texas


An empty nester couple from Austin searches for a family vacation home in Port Aransas, Texas. She's hoping for a spacious house with plenty of room to host family, but he's pushing for a smaller, low-maintenance beachfront condo where he can relax.

13. A Second Chance in San Francisco


A Bay Area couple marks a milestone in their relationship and searches for a home together. Their biggest challenges are style and location, and she's angling for a pricey San Francisco Victorian while he wants something modern in more-affordable Oakland.
